Three Filipino workers were rushed to the hospital, 2 of whom were being treated in the intensive care unit, after a fire razed a building in Kuwait.

The DMW said 3 Filipinos were safe from the fire. They are still confirming the status of 5 other Filipinos.  

The blaze has so far killed 49, according to the Kuwait Interior Ministry

A source in the fire department said the victims suffocated from rising smoke after the fire started at the building’s base.
